It is most often found underground in underdark tunnels and caverns.
Origin & Source
It is believed to be a blessed metal. Many cultures claim it was their deity that created it. The Shadar Kai of Skotal think the Raven Queen created it for use by them.
Life & Expiration
Shadow Steel rarely deteriorates. But once refined and solidified, it is very difficult to re-form for later use.
