Tillwater Tower
Tillwater Tower is a landmark in the town of Shivermoore. When the party was last in town, the tower was covered up as if to obscure view of the face of the statue that tops the tower itself.
Upon entry, Tal'enal Blackthorn found that the tower had no upper levels, but instead a sheer drop into a dark chasm.
