The party jumped to action and took out the mercenaries, but not without causing a scene. After Kavoth sent a fireball that finished off the trio of guards, bells began to ring throughout the city. The party had to act quickly in order to get the goods and deliver them to Ashkaya. They were chased out of the city by guards and boarded a boat headed downriver.
