Fairy

Fairies are typically found in Leka.

• Ability Score Increase. Increase one score by 2 and increase a different score by 1, or increase three different scores by 1.
• Size. You are Small.
• Speed. 30 ft., fly equal to your walking speed.
• Creature Type. You are a Fey. You are also considered a humanoid for any prerequisite or effect that requires you to be a humanoid.
• Age. Fairies reach adulthood at age 18 and live up to 150 years.
• Dragonmark. You have a Dragonmark of your choice.
• Fairy Magic. You know the druidcraft cantrip. Starting at 3rd level, you can cast the faerie fire spell with this trait. Starting at 5th level, you can also cast the enlarge/reduce spell with this trait. Once you cast faerie fire or enlarge/reduce with this trait, you can't cast that spell with it again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast either of those spells using any spell slots you have of the appropriate level.
Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells when you cast them with this trait (choose when you select this race).
• Languages. You can speak, read, and write Sylvan.

The Feywild is home to many fantastic peoples, including fairies. The first fairies spoke Elvish, Goblin, or Sylvan, and encounters with human visitors prompted many of them to learn Common as well. Infused with the magic of the Feywild, most fairies look like tiny elves with insectile wings, but each fairy has a special physical characteristic that sets the fairy apart.

Ancient Fairies were created by magic to be Boccobs familiars along with the other Feywise, Boccob eventually let them leave his service. Around one-month Fairies can talk, walk, and fly. Fairies celebrate birthdays every six years. When they turn eighteen, they reach adulthood. Around this age Female Fairies can get pregnant. Fairies have great difficulty getting pregnant, they usually only give birth once every ten years of trying. Pregnancy lasts around three months.
