Curse Healers

The Curse Healers are a group of alchemists that banded together after the Cytal Civil War, dedicated to develop cures and antidotes for poisons and curses. This scientific group are sometimes seen as unnatural in their approach to research but their impact on healing potions and alchemy in the past thirty years makes them leading experts in the topic.

Locations:

The Greenhouse - The facility hidden on the outskirts of Sianwood where the Healers operate from. Growing the more deadly plants and storing antidotes for various poisons and curses.
Sianwood Apothecary - A shopfront for the Healers to sell products to the general public. Members working the shop also do business with the Order of Fortune, sharing new spells and charms to help heal travellers.
Desert Garden - A high security base of operations decommissioned years ago after an experiment went wrong killing several members, including Dr Otaz Coyne. The exact location of the garden has been cleaned from records and buried in the sands of the Eastern deserts.

Potential Plot Hook: After an outbreak of a fungal infection in the towns and villages around Sianwood, the Curse Healers are the prime suspects of the incidents. Now the party must try and prove the innocence of the group.

Notable Members:

Halendoe Coyne - The daughter of the famous Dr Coyne, a bright and bubbly character wishing to seek the approval of others. She is currently entangled on a quest with Izamariah, the Golden Warrior.
Dr Otaz Coyne - One of the founders of the Curse Healers after the Cytal Civil War. His experts in herbology helped develop new antidotes to some of the most common curses, he sadly past away in an expriment gone wrong.
Palrun - Best friend of Dr Coyne hired by the Healers as a bodyguard when members need to travel long distances. After the death of his friend, he became Halendoe's guardian until she was old enough to venture into the world alone.

Professor Amerin - An ex hunter who has a keen interest in plant based monsters. Seeing himself as too old to venture into the wilds himself, he is a treasure trove of information regarding battle tactics and survival foraging.
Remenna - Current leader of the Healer Committee, a healing sorceress from Elsgard who left the fast paced city in search of connecting with nature whilst still trying to help people in need.

Relations:

Balianda, Alchemist - An eccentric poison expert livng in the South West of the Cytal plains. The mutual agreement often sees the Healers asking him for advice in exchange for insights on his research.
Children of Saniat - An extremist group that worship the Acuran of Healing, Saniat. Viewing Sorcerers as a disease on the magical landscape, they often clash with the Curse Healers.
Mazhar, Necromancer of Nature - A member of the Healers banned by the committee after they discovered his true intentions for learning the curse curing.
