Sianwood

The city of flowers, the farming capital of Cytal. With a clear emphasis on intertwining civilization with the beauty of nature from the white cobblestone pathways to the various windmills watching over the various fields. Those who come to Sianwood describe it as pretty, peaceful and quaint considering its size. The perfect place for aspiring alchemists, farmers and gardeners.

Governing Body:

If one was to look at the city from the distant plateau, they would see a largely flat cityscape interconnected with roads an pathways. And the one watching over all of this is Mayor Hamoss, from Comb Towers, a collection of tall buildings built resemble honeycomb. With his careful eye and the assistance of the Alliance Guard, he ensures law and order is kept throughout the fields and gardens within his jurisdiction.
After coming into power ten years ago, he invoked a law regarding the wildlife that is permitted to be planted in certain districts to ensure the safety of both wildlife that is drawn to the city as well as the citizens from threats nature can attract.

Potential Plot Hook: The city has entered the spring season, which means curfew is in session. The aroma of all the city gardens and farms attracts swarms of Takknir that can cause major damage. But this year the number of pests and insects has gotten out of control, needing the help of outsiders to keep back the larger creatures.

People to Meet:

Between the birch fences and oak decorated cottages lies a number of groups and guilds of likeminded people. One of the more unusal being the group known as the Glass Weavers. A collection of fire and earth Alum with the ability to bend glass with magical talents. Inspired by the legendary Shards Warriors who wish to put their skills to create works of art. Another organisation with a large presence is the Curse Healers, the alchemist group dedicated to curing the worse poisons and curses in the land. Selling potions and ingredients in their own apothecary located in the main square.
While the buzzing citzens fly around the streets and paths, the Allince Guard watch on the sidelines for any wrong doing. This military group of law enforcers patrol this city along with several others like Ohar and Toufan after the Cytal Civil War.

Sights and Sounds:

The capital of farming is full of things to see and explore if you take a moment to inspect your surroundings. The most obvious is the Cathedral of Hodall, standing tall and proud near the city centre. The largest place of worship to Hodall, Acuran of Nature. Not only does the cathedral attract many religious memebrs to the city but is also the current home to the legendary Scythe of Hodall.
While traversing the city, you will be able to walk through the tree tunnels and visit shrines dedicated to Acuran of old including Aquella, Hodall and Innesson. If one was to explore the outer edges of the city border, they would see on the horizon a rather large factory. Home to the Zadryn Brewing Co., Cytal's largest potion production company that distribute across the continent.
If you were looking something a little ore interesting, then the Seedless Colosseum is a must. Home to several musical and sporting events including the very popular Golem Game.
