Jhenga
Rock Loving Goblins
In the Wild:
The Jhenga are an invasive species that made their way into the lands of Violem a long time ago. Many experts suspect the origins of these monsters found an early waystone that linked this world to their native home of the Giant Realm and have been here ever since. Nowadays these are an uncommon creature to witness but not impossible, typically living the cooler areas of forests. As such, they fashion themselves clothes woven from the natural materials of the forests using sticks, leaves and anything else they can get their little claws on. When they are not resting in the safety of their lair, they can often be found wandering caves, dungeons and mountains looking for what they truly desire, rocks. They really love rocks but no one is sure why, but they treasure them and protect them at all costs. As a result if they suspect you are stealing their rocks they can become hostile and defensive very quickly. There has been a number of reports of Jhenga in towns as well, often stealing the foundation of buildings and causing the them to crumble and collapse. This rock loving monster then becomes a big problem for the residents of these towns if not taken care of properly. Being smaller in nature and having no real natural defence, if an adventurer where to come across a single Jhenga it would not pose much of a threat.Appearance:
In terms of appearance, these blue/grey skinned gremlins have a resemblance of their greener counterpart, goblins. Hairless and wrinkly creatures that stand 2ft tall. Large pointed ears sticking out of the side of their heads and a large bulbous nose. Many that have witnessed these creatures often describe them as unpleasant to look at, some going as far as using the term ugly. During the time of exploration and the discovery of the Giant Realm, it was noted that Jhenga were also present in this new land, usually following a larger creature known as a troll.Actions:
