Lahar

Lahar is a small controversial city in the south of Exotia. It stands on the southern part of the Bay of Whispers and has been deemed cursed ever since a wizard caused a calamity that cost the lives of thousands of citizens. Lahar stands opposite the city of Fethor but the thick mist that veils the Bay of Whispers prohibits visual contact. It is a quiet town whose people are wary of magic and unlike most elves, they prefer silence to music.
