Hancock D. Law is the most successful and famous pirate in the world. Famed for sailing to the city of gold, putting Katavro into his deep slumber and for wielding the sword of the Coral king himself Kraken Piercer. Captain of the Victory Hunter galleon Hancock sailed and plundered the seas for almost 30 years until he vanished in a massive maelstrom and he and his crew were never seen again. However, the mark Hancock left on the world is massive and he is credited with kicking off an era with unprecedented amounts of pirate activity and planting the idea of romantisized pirates in many young sailors minds.
