High Captain Royals Cyborg GE was once an adventurer until he became a titan of industry and promptly lost his fortune to a coup from within. With what little coin he had left he boarded his ship and accidently followed the Volarus Expedition across the seas. He commands the Capital City's Navy and spends most of his time slacking off and frolicking with the common folk.
