Chancellor to the confederacy since it's founding. Under his rule the two Kingdoms have flourished, especially as a result of the fact that he's actually an ancient golden dragon. His presence in the kingdom has kept all the magical energies that bring the land to life and allow for a variety of magical creatures to flourish there. His life is tied to the land and vice versa. This makes him unable to go on the offensive and forces him to remain within the confines of the confederacy.
