Assassins Guild

The assassins guild is a small, shadowy organization of professional killers. They have no association with other guilds and are extremely insular. They provide one service, no questions asked.
Anyone is available as a target. Contracts can have delayed or conditional activations ("Kill prince X if he declares war on us"). Contracts are secret, of course, unless the employer wishes it to be public as a threat. However, after the completion of a contract the family or friends of a victim may pay a large sum to learn the identity of the contractor. This tradition keeps some modicum of peace, or perpetuates a cycle of violence; either option is fine by the Guild.
The Guild accepts adult applicants, but is also public about its preference for adopting and training orphans. They hold many secret hideouts across the continent, with their main headquarters and training grounds unknown.
