Black Riders

The Black Riders are a kindred biker gang that operates in the Tri-Island area. They are estimated to have anywhere from 20-30 full members, consisting of kindred but some exceptional ghouls as well. There are also many weaker ghouls and mortals who work under them to earn money for the gang.
Their main rackets are chop shops, drug dealing, and arms trafficking.
The Coterie has hit one of their chop shops near the Historic District, killing everyone there. The Coterie also came into conflict with some of the gang members in an alleyway on their way home several nights later, defeating them all.
