Biography
Daniels is a member of the FBI's Special Affairs Division and is aware of FIRSTLIGHT at a basic level. He is to meet with and report to Matio once per week with information. 
During their meeting at the cafe, Daniels revealed that a cargo ship has recently entered the city carrying only five coffins.
Daniels also stated that there have been 'ritual killing' crime scenes with bodies completely drained of blood. He suspects that a kindred may be involved.
