Biography
Viktor Kuznetsov was born in the late 19th century in Russia, to a family of farmers. He grew up in poverty and struggled to make ends meet, but despite the hardships, he was determined to better his life. Viktor was a natural born leader, with an unwavering charisma and an unbreakable will, which helped him rise through the ranks of the Russian army. He quickly became a highly decorated soldier, known for his bravery and cunning on the battlefield.
It was during the height of the Russian Revolution that Viktor was embraced into the Tzimisce clan. His sire was a powerful and ancient Tzimisce, who saw in Viktor the potential to become a great leader for the Sabbat. Under his sire's tutelage, Viktor honed his skills in the arts of war, learning how to manipulate flesh and bone to create monstrous creatures that he could command in battle.
Viktor's natural charisma and leadership abilities proved to be a valuable asset to the Sabbat, and he quickly rose through the ranks, becoming one of the youngest Archbishops in the sect's history. Despite his young age, Viktor was feared and respected by all who knew him, both within and outside the Sabbat.

Appearance
Viktor is a tall and imposing figure, standing at 6'4" with a muscular build. He has piercing blue eyes that seem to bore into one's soul, and short-cropped black hair that is always impeccably styled. His skin is fair, with sharp features that give him a chiseled, almost sculpted appearance. Viktor is always impeccably dressed, favoring formal attire that reflects his position as an Archbishop of the Sabbat.

Haven
Viktor's haven is a large estate in the mountains of northern Spain, not far from Octavia's castle. The estate is surrounded by high walls and guarded by loyal Tzimisce ghouls who have been modified to serve as living security systems. Inside, the estate is a labyrinthine network of rooms, hallways, and secret passages, all carefully designed to thwart intruders and protect its master. The most striking feature of the haven is a grand hall that serves as Viktor's throne room, where he holds court with his subordinates and meets with visiting dignitaries from other Sabbat domains.

Modern Nights
In modern nights, Viktor Kuznetsov is an influential figure in the Sabbat, known for his cunning, ruthlessness, and strategic mind. As an Archbishop, he commands great respect and fear among his followers, who view him as a visionary leader and a powerful warrior.
Despite his reputation as a skilled commander, Viktor is deeply suspicious and even scared of Octavia, whom he sees as a potential threat to his power and influence. at the best, and a possibly fatal information breach at the worst. He does not like or trust her very much, but he is hesitant to make any move against her, knowing full well the consequences of crossing such a powerful and influential Kindred.
Instead, Viktor prefers to keep a watchful eye on Octavia and her activities, gathering information and intelligence that could potentially be used against her in the future. He is always looking for ways to gain an advantage over her, whether through alliances with other powerful Kindred, manipulation of political and social networks, or outright warfare.
Despite his animosity towards Octavia, Viktor is fiercely loyal to the Sabbat and to his fellow clan members. He is a powerful user of vicissitude, using his knowledge of fleshcrafting to create monstrous creatures and horrific abominations that strike fear into the hearts of his enemies. He is also a skilled strategist and tactician, able to plan and execute complex operations with precision and efficiency.
