Suryamon
God of Healing, Truth, and the Sun
(a.k.a. Keeper of the Eternal Sun)
The Suryamon is the God of Healing, Truth, and the Sun. He is always depicted as radiating a golden light and usually depicted as a tall man with curly silver-white hair and a white beard. He is shown wearing long purple robes with gold trim and holding a golden scepter. He is the lover of Ardani and father of the Tree of Life.
Clerics of the Suryamon heal the sick, help the needy, serve as arbiters, and destroy evil and undead. They are caring and have backbones of steel. The clergy of Suryamon are expected to abstain from alcohol and mind-altering drugs. Temples of Suryamon are often humble affairs and are required to be built where the sun will shine light down on the holy symbol during all of its phases.
