Katyr Morkian
Katyr Morkian was a sky elf general of the Qivari empire.
In the winter of 2457, he was captured by Donnie and the crew of her prototype Skyship, when he and his men attempted to give them shit for flying. This was around the time the Skyship ran into several problems, including several aggressive vrocks, a roc, an undead roc, and sabotage.
He was primarily concerned with the Notuan Alliance army amassing nearby. However, he did not take kindly to being tied up.
After some discussion, the Party and Donnie released him into the custody of his subordinates.
