Mirrorforged Ring of the Ethereal

It appears to be a signet ring, although the signet image itself seems to be old, worn, and unrecognizable.

There is small extradimensional compartment in the ring. When attuned to a living individual, it fills up slowly throughout the day with a single flask's worth of oil of etherealness. If poured out and not applied, this oil degrades after two hours.

Like all mirrorforged relics, this ring requires a silver thread tattoo to attune to it and can be dismissed and summoned from ??? as a free action.
