Nephakas

Ship captain in Port. He has a great reputation for providing safe passage to any of the various ports throughout Kariva.

He delivered Lianyte (Crystals) to Dainard's ship but sold out the other captain to Farren in exchange for a share of the spoils. The party convinced him that the ambassador aboard Dainard's ship was worth slightly more than a portion of the lianyte they had promised him. (The party kept their side of the deal for the most part, but took a slightly larger percentage with this as the excuse.)
