Night Bloom/Glass Memory/Ghost Flower/Silent Witness

A peculiar flower that grows only in total darkness. It generally spreads it's seeds through water, like moss.

However, when fully grown, and when in certain growth conditions, and then suddenly exposed to light, it can blossom. The pale blue flower, rather than wither, turns slowly to be like glass. It could be easily shattered in this state. But for as long as it remains in tact, it will remember the time it bloomed. A gentle light awakens it and it can call forth spectral memories, projecting them outwards, like ghosts. The length of the display can vary. It is silent.
