The Doppelganger

A mercenary capable of assuming the form of other humanoids. He has been shown to be able to perfectly mimic voices, possess some rogue skills, and be able to fly when in the form of a sky elf. While he will work for anyone for the right price, he has recently been working for the Alliance against Qivari Expansion and the Merchant's Guild.
