The Sanctum

The student run, "secret" bar in @Amberlight.
It is usually accessed by a secret portal that changes locations frequently.
It is located amid a mossy ruin surrounded by fog and lit largely by bioluminescent moss and mushrooms. However, for safety reasons there are a series of wall sconces enchanted to counterspell any destructive spells cast on the premises.
