Vek'vaaqal
Originally named Zilzod, Vek'vaaqal was exiled from Amberlight in 1675 for unsanctioned experiments. He became a powerful Lich, and stirred up some trouble in the southern territories, resulting in the creation of many laws against necromancy, before fleeing ... I mean relocating further north to hide out ... I mean set up shop near the swamp. He at some point acquired the services of a family of kobolds.
He became a successful businessman in the Borean Alliance , selling clones to rich folk and loaning out his labour force among other things.
A party of four reportedly destroyed his body and phylactery him in the year 2450.
