Captain Callen O’Learne

Captain Callen O’Learn is one of the three captains of the Eastern Barracks of Carthacht. He is in charge of the night shift of guards, including Lynden.

Captain O'Learne found the party inside the aftermath of the attack on the World's Fair. Upon seeing Lynden with them he told them to go to Monolith as quickly as possible to get themselves licensed as members of the Arthairian Adventurers in order to avoid being taken in as potential suspects.
