Legiore - Runic Savant

Legiore (he/him) is one of the Prime Elementals who rule the Metal Plane along with Gheolu - Fortune Incarnate. Legiore is known as one of the best blacksmiths in the planar universe, and has made incredible masterworks of weapons and armor. Crafting is not his only specialty however as he also has very powerful magic that he uses to empower his creations. Legiore often gifts his followers with similar abilities and talents for metalwork and runic engravings.
