Oleander
Vierix Oleander was a nun, theologist, philanthropist, politician, Lichlord and Colonial God of the great New Rozsan Empire through the Middle and Late First Age of Waking Materia.

History
Seemingly the latest of the Vierices prior to the fall of Nireau, Oleander achieved her lichlorddom upon taking over the leadership of the Order of the Sanguine Vow, a semi-independent protectorate of estrié who were ostensibly loyal to the nation's twin God-Emperors, Nir and Nef. Accounts seem mostly to rate her as an unimpressive Most High Pontifex, more preening and shallow than her predecessors, though there is the occasional suspicion that this was a persona meant to obscure the political movements of the Vow.
If they existed at all, no surviving documents confirm, one way or the other, how real the Order's loyalty was to the Empire, but at minimum their cooperation with the other Lichlords meant a great deal of influence over New Rozsa, and later Nireau, influence estrié are well able to put to good use.
