Captain Thalan

Captain of the Shahalesti warship docked outside of Seaquen. Her ship was the spearhead to prepare for delegation talks to be led by Shalosha. She recognized Jack as the son of Mel and one of the Master's of Mirth. 
Rayland Red snuck onto her ship and discovered that Shalosha was going to be accompanied by 17 warships, leading the party to be concerned that Shahalesti planned an invasion, or alliance via duress.
