Quincy Felthuf

Quincy Felthuf is a middle-aged knight of Lord Rago. He met the party on the road to Seaquen. He told the story of Lsi-pu, and shared his distaste for The Lyceum for their ignoring Lord Rego's pleas for help.
He is a kind man, and shared a fire and stories with the party for an evening.
