Shealis

Shealis is a female elf evoker working with Larion to steal Funzbar Biteknee's intel for The Lyceum.
The party fought her in her apartment at Gabal's School of War. While Larion was killed, she dropped a Fireball spell on the entire party, knocking out Myetharia and Rayland.She may have been romantically involved with Larion. Jack, Winry, and Bryn surrendered and allowed her to leave with the intel in exchange for their lives (she was much more powerful than they were).
She denied having ties to Shahalesti and Lord Shaaladel, and also denied any allegiance to Gate Pass. She did, however, tell the party that they could inquire about the intel with Clathan, before leaving.
Diogenes hates her.
