Leader of the rival D'Arquebus Dynasty, Ixion has made no secret of his contempt for the Perseus Dynasty. Over the past decades, he has derived incalculable pleasure at Heracles Perseus's misfortunes and has missed no opportunity to gloat.
Ixion not only controls significant trade interests and an incredible amount of wealth, but also has deep ties to the criminal underground of the City of Silver. He views both as resources to be uselessly applied to his goals.
It is well known that Ixion would like nothing more than the complete destruction and absorption of the Perseus Dynasty, and will resort to any means to do so - legal or illegal.
