Tiberius Octavian Perseus

As the 2nd son of the great Hercules Perseus, young Tiberius enjoyed all the fineries and education of an imperium noble and member of a great Rogue Trader Dynasty. While he is expected to excel in both body and mind, his childhood was without the pressures of leadership as he is the “spare” to his dynasty, compared to his elder brother, the heir apparent Augustus Perseus, of whom, greater things were expected. His father’s latest and biggest gamble into the Halo stars seems more and more like a lost cause with each passing cycle, but with his elder brother acting as regent, the worst of the creditors and doubters were kept at bay. However all that Augustus could do was slow the Dynasty’s decay. Then one night after leaving a social ball, his brother’s hover car was attacked and his entire retainer and staff killed, and the killers disappeared without a trace. And so it was that greatness was thrust upon young Tiberius. However his challenges are great. Where once imperial officials and nobles would at least pay lip service to his elder brother, few regard the scion of a dying dynasty with much respect. Luckily there are still some loyal followers that Tiberius can rely on. And with their help, there may still be hope to restore his dynasty to greatness once more.
