The Lavalands

The Lavalands is the landmass that would be known as "South America" in other dimensions. It was formed as a result of the battle between the White-Wizard and the Red-Wizard of the North.

Geography

The land is a mostly dry and hot desert, the ground being black volcanic rock with magma seeping through the cracks. At the center of the Lavalands is a large Chamber, with occasional veins of lava and spires of hardened rock. Molten rivers can be found in narrow corridors around the area. A large structure made of obsidian pillars and magma formations jutting from the walls and lakes called the Castle-Red can be found in the middle of the Chamber, with small, partially-collapsed volcanic domes scattered all over the floor of the Chamber itself. Many skeletal remains of great beasts can be found here due to the Lava-Serpents infrequently coming to the surface to hunt them and bring them to the central chamber to feast. Near the Castle, There are multiple lava-falls, leading directly into the Red-Pit, a large pit found on the outskirts of the main chamber. The walls of the pit are covered in large grooves, at the northern edge of the pit one of the grooves acts as an entrance to the Lava Lakes The lighting in this area is much brighter than the surrounding areas. It resembles a volcanic dome and is the home of the Lava-Serpents. Substances like Black-Sulfur and Red-Brimstone are found here.

Fauna & Flora

Most of the fauna are Satanimals such as the Lava-Serpents and Fire-Demons, who have evolved to fit in with the harsh conditions. Other creatures include Screaming-Harpies and Creepy-Teepees.

Natural Resources

A variety of magical substances, plus minerals such as diamond and cooled obsidian.
