Fire-Demons

Fire-Demons are the predominant species of the Lavalands and have grown accustomed to the harsh environments they live in. They have small tribes and colonies in the cliffs and crags, and are a nomad-group. On average they will walk 17 kilometers a day in search of food and water. Their Magic Level is Red, Flank Silver.

Anatomy

Fire-Demons possess thick leathery skin like walruses which blocks out the heat from the lands around them. Having evolved from Elves, Fire-Demons are incredibly durable and agile, and can maneuver around the most dangerous locales with ease. They each possess two arms and two legs, and are vaguely similar in stock and build to Sapiens.

Genetics and Reproduction

Fire-Demons reproduce by laying eggs. Eggs are soft and rubbery, and hatch within 2 days. During this period, parents will keep their eggs in shallow ponds to reduce the internal temperatures of the egg and provide a safe and comfortable place for the infant to be born in.

Fire-Demons subsist on a diet of volcanic-rocks and minerals such as diamond and cooled obsidian.
