Zhentarim Lieutenant under Manshoon. The party encountered him in Yellowspire, a building in the Castle Ward, where another Zhentarim agent was attempting to sacrifice Kelia Wintersbane to the god Bane in order for Manshoon to have control of the broadsheets of Waterdeep.
The party let him go after he revealed the Cassalanters were in possession of an eye belonging to the Stone of Golorr.
