Qualifications
Qualifications for the rank of Fleet Admiral are rigorous, as they must have a minimum of 30 years of active service in the Navy and must have demonstrated exceptional leadership, tactical, and strategic abilities.
Requirements
To attain the rank of Fleet Admiral, an officer must be nominated by the Cabinet and must pass a rigorous examination that tests their knowledge of naval tactics, leadership, and strategy. The candidate must also demonstrate exceptional performance in combat situations and have a proven track record of success in command.
Appointment
The Grand Admiral examines the nomination packets supplied by the Cabinet and makes the appoinments via a packet order to the fleets.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
Fleet Admirals can only be removed or dismissed by the Grand Admiral if they fail to perform their duties adequately, show incompetence or lack of judgment, or if they violate any of the laws or regulations of the Imperial Elven Navy. However, this is a rare occurrence, as Fleet Admirals are typically highly respected and successful leaders who have earned the trust and admiration of their subordinates and the Imperial Elven Navy.
