Knyaz Stolypin

Knyaz Pytor Andreivich Stolypin is the fourth member of his family to be the Kynaz of the Boyars on Dragonrock. His father Andrei Pavlovich Stolypin was famous for the establishment of a peace treaty with the Illithids of Wildspace, though none save the Stolypin family know how.
Knyaz Stolypin has ruled with a policy of promoting commerce and being the best port of call in the Tears after Bral due to its size.
