Whispers in the streets of Dragonrock, in the dive bars of Bral, and even in the silver towers of Selune's darkside, all speak of a man, a legend, a force: the Pakhan. Head of the largest clandestine network of criminals in Realmspace, the Pakhan has never been seen. Even those closest to him are rumored to never know his face or identity. Speculation ranges between him being the famed Beggar King or even one of the Boyars.
