Cathedral of the Dual Truths

The Cathedral of the Dual Truths is a cathedral located in Krylapech, the capital of the Apostolic Federation of Bočechnia, built under the Urunkharian supervision and financed by the Church of Cherbor, with additional funds raised from donations.   It's the largest Cherborian house of worship anywhere outside of Urunkhar. It's two bell towers are each 450 feet tall at the spire and each contain a 2 ton weighing brass bell made in Urunkhar. The central dome, which is topped off by a statue of the 8 peaked-star, is 210 feet high at the highest point, with the dome having a circumference of 125 feet. The cathedral interior measures 387 feet from the south front to the apse. Below the cathedral lie the catacombs, known as the Lower Church. It hold spaces for tombs, special services and rituals. Only 1 person has been buried within. Saint Lavrov of Krylapech, a priest-sculptor who collected much of the donations himself and carved many of the statues within the cathedral. After the revolution, there were plans to also entomb the remains of Tsorgan Saint Ekrinosia here, who fell at the battle of Krylceann Lake, yet that proposition was declined by the church due to the controversial nature of burying someone who was not sanctified by the Cherborian Church, even though she held to their beliefs.   Inside, the 124 feet high nave is supported by 16 large square pillars carved and decorated in the Urunkharian Trava style, which is inspired by the stylized geometric display of plant motives. The inner aisles are 70 ft. high. As interior, the cathedral contains various mural from a large variety of church painters both foreign and local, with the cathedral dedicated to Cherbor himself, the Cathedral naturally contains altars to many of its aspects. In total, there are 73 altars within and space for 9.000 people.
