Melistern City

Melistern city, known also under a variety of other names. Is the oldest city of the Arteri Humans west of the Eastwall. The city that was cradle of the Melistern Empire, at it's height it counted more than 2 million inhabitants, before the fall of the empire. Yet even after the Foul Races dislodged the empire and practically completely replaced it's human inhabitants over the course of the early Second Age of the Man, it's numbers have steadily climbed back to a frankly huge one million inhabitants, although the number is hard to estimate. In the Third Age of the Man, as well as in the Age of the Equilibrium beyond, it is the largest city ruled by Foul Folk in the world, with it still being counted among the most populous cities in the world.
