The Upperdark
Where the mushrooms bloom
The Upperdark is a subterranean plane that lies beneath the Underground and above the Underdark. This place is characterized by it enourmous variety in, sometimes magical, mushrooms. Some of these let loose gasses in their life cycle, and together with the fae winds here it results in infamous gas-storms.
The hight of this layer differs greatly per location, from around 800 m to around 5 km
An eerie place full with imposing rockformations on the ground layer called the Uppestbottom. The Upperdark ranges anywhere from 2200 to 3500 ft high. Water is scarse here, since the substance called Magiqomedenti, or in short, Magiqo transformes all water into mana due a process called Arcane Water Splitting. There are no real distinct ''layers'' in the Upperdark, but the rockformations sometimes are so exotic that it might give that feeling, sometimes even creating almost floating thin plateau's, stretching for a few hunderd feet sometimes.

Fauna & Flora
Growing in the Upperdark are nothing but a wide variety of mushrooms, some magic, some not. It's the number one reason of any creature not native to it to come to the Upperdark, may it be from above, or from underneath. Examples of mushrooms will be added later.
