Able Torvale d'Ghallanda

A halfling scion of the Great House Ghallanda, with years of experience in hospitality and event planning working for the famous Golden Dragon Inns back in the north. One of the few dragonmarked people in Beacon. However, all experience so far has shown him to be a colossal screw-up, incapable of thinking ahead and more likely to call on his extensive family than actually solve a problem properly. Only observed talent seems to be dancing.
