Brall
Crafting Assistant: Brall works best when given direct instructions, but is talented and capable, and knows many exotic techniques developed by the Fey. When taking the downtime action to Craft at a workshop Brall is assisting at, he increases the maximum gold which can be invested by 300gp, and allows normally metal components to be substituted for substances such as hardwood, stone, bone, or coral.
A diminutive fey sprite, Brall comes from a long line of fey who preserved and defended Vadalia's Rest, following his ancestral instructions to prevent intruders unless they were fey or elves, defend against Giants, and maintain the traps. It was discovered that he was literally following his instructions without understanding their greater purpose - while the party from Beacon contained at least one elven ally, which helped smooth things over, anyone taller than the foot-high Brall was a "giant" by his definition. Seeing inside the Rest, the traps were beautifully maintained. The rest of the structure around them, not so much, leading to beautifully polished trigger plates standing out among overgrown ruins. When informed of this error by the party, he disappeared, realised the error of his ways, and later joined them to escape Vadalia's Rest. Surviving the Sulatar attack on the site, he joined the party when they returned to Beacon, and... may or may not be helpful there.
