Delara d'Tharashk

The most recently appointed governor of the town formerly known as Westport. Has traveled to the town on one of the later ships, goals firmly in mind and ready to make sure the town succeeds, no matter the cost. An older half-orc woman from House Tharask, well experienced in politics and administration. What someone with her experience is doing so far from home isn't clear, but she's made it clear that she'll be working night and day to keep the town running.
