Taruka

A fairly young Kinaari drow, living in Landing and somewhat indebted to the people of Beacon. A jeweler by trade, and inheritor of apparently rare knowledge of the craft, he's also been described as a "bit of a screw-up", and isn't particularly highly regarded in the town.
Generally anxious and prone to acting recklessly, but always meaning well, he might not be the most reliable but his heart is in the right place, and would be very likely to help where possible.
When wrongfully accused of a string of murders in Landing, his fate was left in the hands of the just-arrived party. Finding that instead the killer was an unquiet ghost and the responsibility of Elder Suri, he was let free, and returned to his life.
