Landing

A small town of maybe 300 people, clinging to the mountains of the Barrier Island, and following the ways of Kinaar, the Vulture, one of the Drow Totems / Qaltiar.
The largest of many settlements, it is inhabited by a mixture of drow and aarakocra, a blended culture that venerates Kinaar. The value of knowledge and history is prized here, with information bartered as freely as goods and services, as well as respect for the dead and the preservation of tradition.
The town was the first place that the drow migrants from the mainland set foot on, and the Kinaari among them stayed. It has been built over the long-crumbled ruins of Floating Leaf Fortress, and retains access to the Swift terminal built there.
