Marksmans Guild
The Marksmans' Guild is a guild for archers and other ranged fighters.
While they don’t consider themselves an assassins’ guild, many of their missions do include killing a target from afar without being seen.
They are also often tasked with hunting monsters or animals out in the West Marches, especially ones that get too close to the city walls.

Ranks
The Marksmans’ Guild has five ranks. They consider everybody to be equally of value, the ranks mostly just show who’s been around the longest and completed the most missions.
1. Huntsman
2. Sniper
3. Sharpshooter
4. Hawkeye
5. Expert - Leader
In order to join the Marksmans’ Guild, a potential guild member must go to the Coop and shoot at a far away target, typically some sort of fruit (weapon attack of their choice, DC 16 to hit). They get three shots and can use a bow, crossbow, gun, thrown weapon, etc.
If they fail this test, they must come back with a recommendation and try the test again in order to join. If they fail this test a second time, they are denied entry and must complete a quest in order to get the favor of the guild.
