The Sparklesprocket Family is Yepip Anklegnaw's maternal extended family. Yepip's mother, Oda, moved away from the Sparklesprockets after realizing she did not have The Spark. 
When Oda realized that Yepip did have The Spark, she sent him to live with the Sparklesprockets.
