Wizard at the High Tower of Magic in Westfal City .

We managed to use spells to speak with the dead spectator. He had quite a personality as it turns out. He was very excited to be being sent to a wizard named Apjest. It didn't take long to find out where he resided, in a rather nice house on the far side of the river.
