Capital City of the Westfal Empire
Built over the confluence of two mighty rivers with the sea.  At its center is a tree of immense proportions that is said to date back to the age of darkness and the very founding of the Empire.  It is rumored that Hellaine De Lors herself transplanted this here, and its growth and continued health maintains the power and safety of the Empire.
