Marrisa D’Abille

Marissa is Councillor in Feratt . She is sister of Countess Isabella Ursatz and currently runs the Town of Feratt
She is very rich and lives in a lavish house in the Noble district of Feratt
She lives with her husband Novesh D'Abille 
She is a very effective leader of the town and is well respected by most.  
Between them Marissa and Novesh are developing a monopoly on trade with the Dwarf stronghold of Frostfast.  This is something that the dwarfs and other regions of the Empire are not keen on at all.
